1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving on time for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid affecting the next client.

2. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

3. Deposits
Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not respected.

4. Health Conditions
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where necessary for health and safety reasons.

5. Massage Policy
Massage treatments are provided to female clients only.
We are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for both clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion.

6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour, arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or acting in a manner that compromises the safety or comfort of staff or clients.

7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of the appointment. Expiry dates apply.

While we take every care to ensure a safe and professional service, clients accept responsibility for informing us of any relevant health conditions. We are not liable for any adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.
